Agritechnica 2015, will be the stage for Landini to exhibit its increasingly powerful, efficient and expanding tractor line-up.
With over 130 years’ experience behind it, Landini will display a number of models designed to offer new levels of performance. The 6 and 7 Series V-Shift, new-generation tractors feature a ZF continuously-variable transmission and all-new metallic blue bodywork. The range includes three models powered by NEF 4-cylinder engines delivering 147, 160 and 176 hp (6-Series) and two six-cylinder models with 181 and 195 hp maximum power ratings (7-Series).
All models in this range are equipped as standard with a 12” touch screen monitor that allows the driver to control the tractor’s performance and operating parameters. The ISOBUS feature complies with industry standard ISO-11783. With the optional Precision Steering Management (PSM) system an additional 8,4” touch screen is provided on all models to manage the satellite-based guidance system, EazySteer active steering system and the advanced ISOBUS implement section & task controller functions.
Developed as the Tier 4 evolution of the Landpower range, the 6L Series has been launched on the European market with three models: the 6-145L, 6-160L and 6-175L with power ratings of 143, 163 and 176 hp, respectively. This range offers a fully restyled cab, new interior colour scheme and sports the modern family feeling introduced on the latest generation Landini tractors. The rear-hinged bonnet provides easy access for day to day maintenance activities and with a single latch mechanism the radiator area opens up to provide for easy cleaning in dusty conditions. The 6L Series will be on show in a new comfort specification which will highlight a new suspended axle design that is available as an option for those applications that require extra driver comfort levels.
The new 6C Series, developed as the successor to the Powermondial range, will also be on display with the 6-140C model. Recently launched on the market, this tractor features a Tier 4 Interim FPT NEF engine with Selective Catalytic Reduction system that delivers 130 hp unboosted and 140 hp with Dual Power. The 6C Series features a newly-designed four-post cab that combines a modern look with unique automotive-style comfort. The cab can also be specified with a two-point mechanical cab suspension system for additional operator comfort. An independent front suspended axle (with or without brakes) may be fitted as an alternative to the rigid axle to further enhance the driving comfort. The benefits include greater productivity, outstanding traction and performance, as well as stability and safety under all conditions.
Standard equipment includes a T-Tronic 36+12 transmission (3 Powershift speed gears), an electronically-controlled rear lift with an impressive 5400 kg capacity and a hydraulic system with 66 l/min flow rate in the standard version. A closed centre hydraulic system (LS) developing 110 l/min is also available for applications that demand more speed and flow, ideal for loader work. Now available as factory installed options, front PTO and front linkage with 2500 kg lift capacity offer greater flexibility and versatility.
In the low-power range, Landini will display the new front hitch option, while compact 4 Series model will feature a brand new Hi-Lo transmission.
Available both in platform and cab versions, these compact utility tractors allow the use of both rear and front implement combinations, making them ideally suited for all farming applications.
The 4 Series models feature Perkins Tier 3 and Deutz Tier 4 Final engines equipped with a DOC oxidation catalyst which dispenses with the use of a DPF filter, thus eliminating the need for high-temperature regeneration cycles.
For the speciality sector the Hanover fair will be showing the ever-present REX Series. This range now shares the latest Landini family look thanks to a redesigned bonnet made from materials that offer superior strength and weather resistance.
Refreshed with a restyled cab and upgraded features, the new REX series offers the same technical solutions as its predecessor. The new model still comes in three versions – F, GE and GT – powered by Perkins 3- and 4-cylinder engines with maximum power ratings ranging from the 68 hp of the REX 70 to the 110 hp of the top-of-the-range REX 120.
