Argo Tractors will move into new offices soon. Located in the industrial area of Kempton Park, the premises is conveniently close to OR Tambo and will enable the company to entertain clients, do training and deliver a better service to its clients.
The new premises is on the R21 route between OR Tambo airport and Tshwane (Pretoria). The initial groundbreaking work started on 1 June 2021 and the plan is to officially open the new facility that will be the new headquarters of Argo Tractors South Africa, in April 2022. At the moment, Argo is leasing offices in Boksburg but decided to move to the new premises as it is more conveniently situated to service their clients.
The stand is 16 112 m² and the new office space will 5 700 m². The building comprises a brand-new show room (650 m² ) that will enable the company to show case the ARGO product range and technology. The building will include a reception area and offices, as well as a training facility. The new cutting-edge operational site will be dedicated to display high-performance products designed for modern agriculture and will be home to an advanced training centre that will ensure continues development of the necessary technical and application skills within the dealer network.
Parts will be kept on site and distribute from there across Southern Africa. There will also be an assembly area where tractors will be assembled.
There will be an area on the roof to entertain clients with a demonstration field about 15 minutes’ drive from the premises in a well-established farming community where clients will be able to personally experience the Argo product range.
This R100 mil rand investment demonstrates the commitment and trust the Morra-family, the owners of Argo Tractors, have in Southern Africa and the South African team and agriculture.
The new building is conveniently located, and the project is well on course so that the South African team will be able to relocate during April.
