Argo Industrial has recognised its top performing dealers in South Africa at its annual Dealer Conference and Awards held in March 2022.

The awards highlighted excellence in sales performance and service quality to customers.

The 2021 award winners were chosen from Argo’s 63-strong dealer network and branches that covers the entire South Africa.

“While our Dealer of the Year Awards celebrate the achievement of individual dealerships, it also serves to highlight the strength of our extensive network and the commitment of our dealers. We are confident that regardless of location or size, our dealers provide the best service to farmers, contractors and customers,” says Godfried Heydenrych, Managing Director Argo Tractors SA.

The evaluation of the dealers covered all strategic areas of the business including market share, new tractor and parts sales as well as aftersales service. The dealerships are measured every month according to set goals.

The 2021 Dealer of the year was Riaan Pretorius, from Lezmin Landini in Kirkwood in the Eastern Cape. The dealership achieved excellent results and was chosen specifically for its performance above the set targets. Lezmin Landini opened its doors for the first time in 2008 and since then they try do as much as possible as best as possible for their customers, according to Riaan Pretorius dealership owner.

“During the year we were not thinking about the competition, we were just trying to do our best and serve our customers. The award is testament to the hard work of all our staff and the loyalty of our many customers over the years. We are continually striving to improve our customers’ experience in dealing with our company and appreciate the recognition,” says Pretorius.

According to Pretorius, the Lezmin Landini dealership is in the heart of the citrus industry in the Eastern Cape and Landini’s tractors are addressing the specific needs of these farmers. “We had an excellent year and we wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude towards our clients for their support.”
