Terms, Conditions and Rules for the Win a Landini Solis Tractor with Belly Mower competition:
- Entries for the competition are limited to one (1) entry. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
- Only complete & successful entries via WhatsApp will qualify to win the tractor.
- The THREE finalists drawn from the entries must prove that they are bona fide farmers from a registered farm. If a finalist cannot provide such proof, he/she will be disqualified.
- Finalists must be available to attend Nampo in Bredasdorp where the winner will be drawn by means of a lucky draw.
- Godfried Heydenrych, Managing Director of ARGO Tractors SA in the presence of an independent auditor and the finalists will hand over the prize.
- The draw of the winner of the tractor will be filmed and photographed and the finalists agree that the footage can be used on social media platforms.
- The travel costs of the 3 finalists will be covered by ARGO Tractors SA from OR TAMBO Johannesburg International Airport up to Cape Town International Airport. All other costs must be covered by the finalists.
- The competition starts on 16 May and closes on 30 August 2023
- The tractor may not be exchanged for cash or sold within 12 months.
